Cacao Mint Smoothie
SERVING SIZE: 1
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp almond butter
5 mint leaves or 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
1 tbsp chia seeds
5 ice cubes
1 cup frozen spinach
Scoop of chocolate protein
1-2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp cacao nibs (add at the end of the blending to keep some crunch)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender.
2. Add more nut milk or water if necessary.
