Fish En Papillote

 
 
 

SERVING SIZE: 2

INGREDIENTS:

2 filets of halibut

A few heads of baby bok choy, sliced

Handful of mushrooms, chopped

1 tbsp of ginger, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Drizzle of coconut aminos

Drizzle of sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. On a large piece of parchment paper, add the fish the and the rest of the ingredients.

3. Top with another piece of parchment paper and crumble and fold the sides, so it’s a little parchment paper packet.

4. Cook for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
