Austin Guide

I absolutely love Austin, Texas. It’s been about 8 years since I last visited and it’s changed sooo much but there is still so much charm to this city (just with updated stores and even more amazing restaurants, and a lot of people who have moved from LA!) Here are my faves (as well as recommendations from others):

EAT

  • Justine’s

  • Jeffrey’s

  • Clark’s Oyster Bar

  • Uchi

  • Peacock @ The Proper

  • Jo’s Coffee

  • Sun Life Organics

  • Hotel Saint Cecilia (you either have to be a member or stay there to enjoy their restaurant and lounge which is amazing)

  • Elizabeth St. Cafe

  • Aba

  • Two Hands (one of my faves from NYC)

  • June’s All Day

STAY

  • Four Seasons Hotel Austin (didn’t get a chance to stay there but plan to next time!)

  • The Proper

  • Hotel Saint Cecilia

  • JW Marriott

DO

  • Walk around Lady Bird Lake

  • Go to Allen’s Boots

  • Shop on South Congress

  • Live music at Continental Club

  • Visit the Texas State Capitol

  • Rainey St
