January Faves

Everything I loved this month in one place! I wanted to start a new series that memorialized the things I talk about in stories on IG so that you can refer to it if you remember and can’t seem to find it on my page. Kicking us off, here are my nine favorite things from January!

1) This Beyond Yoga long sleeve has been my go-to this month. I shared it a few times and a lot of you picked it up and told me how much you love it. It is soooo soft but also elevates your activewear and is perfect under a jacket while still light enough that you’re not sweating. It’s on sale here.

2) If there is one thing that has changed my life this month, it is the Superhuman App. I downloaded the free trial while I was in Maui because I wanted a meditation app that supported me in (truthfully) kinda multitasking since I was with the kids and needed different options. Since then, I’ve listened to the manifestation frequencies, journaling meditations, and have actually meditated way more because of all of the amazing options available. It’s pricey but I’ll keep it going in the months to come.

3) Along with everyone else in the world, I’m loving reading Spare.

4) Rick Rubin’s The Creative Act has changed my life. There is usually 1-2 books a year that I say this about and I feel so grateful to have found one this early in the year. It’s completely effected how I parent, how I think about creativity and ultimately, the act of creating. I want to write a longer post on this because it’s so incredible. Must read/listen.

5) These combat boots have instantly become a winter favorite. Makes any outfit cool while keeping you warm and dry. Win, win, win. I size up to 8 from 7.5.

6) This ice roller! I debated for a few months about buying it because of the price but I have zero regrets. It’s incredibly well made and has completely up-leveled my ice rolling game.

7) Another fashion fave has been the ela x Sasha Exeter Frame clutch in Black Pebble. I love that it’s roomy enough to fit everything I need day to day, has a removable strap so that it can be a clutch or a cross body bag. Major fashion vibes and love supporting other women in the space. Not to mention, it’s vegan & cruelty free, under $150, and the inside is made of recycled plastic water bottles.

8) This planner has encouraged me to read and learn more. Each day, you add the meditation, workout, book and podcast you’ve enjoyed and it’s really forced me to stay consistent with specifically reading non-fiction since I don’t like reading it at night. I also have loved writing out and crossing out my to do list and reminding myself of the micro-weekly goals I want to accomplish. It’s also very reasonable. Add to your cart when you get the ice roller!

9) Lastly, we all love MWH and I am almost done the 30 day challenge. I am sore but feel stronger, tighter, and more aligned mentally. So happy I did this one and wanted to share since there’s still time to try it out!

Hope you had the best start to your month! x
