My 2023 Resolutions

I am definitely “one of those people” who sets goals, resolutions, writes down intentions, however you spin it, I am here for it. Here are my top 6 resolutions for the year (I have two that I will keep private for now). Would love to hear yours!

1) Health is #1, followed closely by family.

2) Slow down and make time for creativity.

3) Trust my instincts and make decisions with confidence.

4) Protect my energy and surround myself with people that lift me up.

5) Seek out inspiration through travel, reading, nature and new experiences.

6) Have more fun & seek out joy.

I also have very specific, targeted goals that I worked on through my Mahara Mindfulness Journal.
