MAN OH MAN, if this journal post doesn’t manifest Spring for me, then I’m not quite sure what I’ll do (other than crawl back under my linen duvet and try again tomorrow). I’m definitely at the point in the year where literally a drop of rain will send me into a depressive state (I’m exaggerating) but honestly enough already.
WITH THAT SAID! I am done complaining and am spending my time trying to cozy up for the final chilly days of the season but also getting very excited to see the cherry blossom buds opening up. I will be thrilled to head out the door with a light jacket on and feel the sun on my face (also going to Miami this week - yay!!)
As always, wanted to put together a seasonal Edit - filled with what I’m most excited about for the season ahead.

I’m very excited to get our garden going again. I work with The Dutchman’s Garden and seasonally we plan out what we want to plant. I’m very much leaning into colour this spring. We’re also working with a hardscaper to building out a patio in the backyard so that our lawn furniture doesn’t sink into the ground! Currently sourcing materials, want it to feel very lived in and old world. Stay tuned on that one!
I recently listened to this podcast episode and was incredibly inspired to write down EXACTLY what I want for my life in 5 years. Focusing on how I want to feel, but also dreaming REALLY big. Highly recommend it for a dose of inspiration. Spring feels like a great time to manifest abundance to me - the vibes are high y’all!
I mentioned a few times that I’m trying to “finish” our living room - I’m finally taking my bestie’s advice to “finish” a room before working on another one rather than doing a lot of sprinkling here and there without actually feeling accomplished. Recently ordered this faux olive tree, these pillows and this side table. Currently looking at a vintage travertine coffee table too.
Since I don’t have to wear rain boots everyday in the foreseeable future, I am eyeing a ton of cute flats like these mesh ballet ones, these sparkly ones, these silver ones and these denim ones (!!)
This is my new favorite bag and I will be wearing it everyday!
I am loving drinking tea out of my favorite porcelain mug that I am so glad I invested in and plan to collect a full set over time. My other favorite colorway is this one.
Downloaded, ordered and picked up a few new books for this season since I have a bit of travel and planned downtime coming up.
